Got the same functional and neat standard queen room with mini fridge and microwave booked online, enjoyed that. the location of the hotel, just off the airport in New Orleans, was convenient.

Comfortable hotel located very close to the airport and car rental as well as local attractions. Sensational breakfast for a 'fast food' set up. Comfortable facilities in general, marvellous location close to restaurants. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

Gave me a single bed when booked a double and asked for non smoking and they gave a smoking.

The staff here was exceptional and the location was marvelous and convenient.

The unit we got was immaculately clean and huge with a very nice space, microwave and a comfortable bed. Marvellous and comfortable location by the beautiful palm trees was a plus.

The location is great for families and in a nice area. the staff team was always friendly. I loved having a writing table and safe in my modern and well-appointed room.

I had reserved a King Non-Smoking room, when I arrived, only had two twin beds. When ask why did you not have what I reserved, I was told to come back in the morning and talk to the manager. The next morning, when ask, was given a King room, with no explaining.

This place is well-appointed with a modern touch, including a balcony, which I loved.

Close to airport, with a 5 minute complimentary transfer. Ok gym. Ok breakfast.

Breakfast could be extended from 10.00 to 10.30 at weekends. A number of guests came later than 10.00 to find the food had been cleared away. A lot of food was taken away at 10.00, presumably wasted.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable. Our room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, creating a very nice space. The location in an industrialized area was excellent and it only took 15 minutes to walk to Al-Falah Schools 54 bus stop.

The room was excellent exspeacially for the rate. Very comfortable would difaintly stay there again on my next trip as well as recommend it to my family and friends! Thank you for providing such a great place for our stay.

Sandra on reception is an anglophile and made us most welcome. Room was very comfortable and maid service was efficient and unobtrusive.

Breakfast arrangements could be improved.

The staff are amazingly nice and pleasant, giving their best to make the stay a comfortable experience. the room is reasonably large and well-appointed.

The restaurant next door was not very nice.

This place offers modern, well-appointed rooms with clean bathrooms, writing tables, and safe boxes, along with a complimentary breakfast with a variety of food options set up for quick dining.
